Wildlife Research Institute

Wildlife Research Institute

The Wildlife Research Institute is located in Vwaza Marsh Reserve as a collaboration between DNPW, Lilongwe Wildlife Trust and Conservation Research Africa. The project will help to deliver applied conservation research and capacity building initiatives which inform the effective management such as the re-introduction of wildlife. Current research projects include elephants, primates, wildlife epidemiology and illegal wildlife trade.
